Job Description:
Join our team as a Customer Care, Shipping, and Dispatch Assistant, where you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our valued customers and ensuring smooth and efficient order fulfillment processes.
Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Provide friendly, timely, and personalized assistance to customers in person and via email and phone addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Order Processing: Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently, verifying product availability, payment details, and shipping addresses, and ensuring orders are prepared for shipment in a timely manner.
Shipping and Packaging: Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups, generate shipping labels, and prepare packages for dispatch, ensuring orders are shipped out promptly.
Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on outgoing orders to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to quality standards, and address any discrepancies or issues that arise.
Returns and Exchanges: Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies, communicating with customers to facilitate the return process and resolve any concerns or issues.
Documentation and Recordkeeping: Maintain records of customer interactions, order status, shipping activities, and inventory movements, ensuring accuracy and completeness for reference and reporting purposes.
Requirements:
Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication skills with a friendly and customer-focused attitude, and the ability to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in order processing, inventory management, and shipping activities, to ensure error-free execution of tasks.

3 Mornings a Week - Skerries
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Jewelry Maker to join our team, part-time 3 mornings a week. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in wire wrapping, soldering and polishing, along with a passion for creating beautiful personalised jewellery pieces. As a Jewelry Maker, you will be responsible for crafting and assembling jewellery using a variety of techniques and materials.

We are looking for a bubbly, outgoing person to join our small team as a sales assistant in our Skerries shop for the months of November and December. This ideal person will have a keen eye for jewellery and have a track record with face to face sales. You will be super organised and able to follow a system for handing over orders to our onsite workshop. We will require some flexiblity in the role and you will be required to assist with customer care and online order packing and dispatch at busy times.
We are looking for a jewellery maker to join our small ecommerce and retail team, in Skerries, Co Dublin. The ideal person will be an outgoing self-starter with a range of jewellery making skills including soldering, basic wire wrapping, finishing and polishing jewellery and finishing castings. While training will be provided on our products, we are looking for somebody who is used to having tools in their hands and is able to hit the ground running.
