General Returns Policy:
You have the right to cancel you order within 14 days of receiving the order. If you wish to return an item, you must contact us by email within 14 days of receiving the item. We will be unable to process returns outside of this 14 day period.
You have an additional 14 days to then return the item by post or courier. All returns must be sent back by registered post and the responsibility for the item remains with the customer until it is received and signed for by our team. You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us.
* Please note that all items returned for refund or exchange must include your order number and name in the return package. We will be unable to process returns without an order number.
To return an item please contact us first, and then ship the item back in the original packaging, keeping your proof of postage.
Returns during the Christmas Period:
*Please do not send any returns between 22nd December - 8th January. Due to limited workshop hours over the Christmas period, we will be unable to accept orders during this time and your order may be returned to you.
If you wish to return an item during this time, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item as per our normal returns policy. We will advise the date to return your item.
