At Lulu + Belle Jewellery, we create meaningful, personalised jewellery designed to celebrate life’s most special moments. From our boutique and workshop in Skerries, we craft and ship beautiful pieces to customers across Ireland and beyond.

We are looking for a warm, reliable and proactive full-time team member to join our  business.

About the Role

This is a varied and hands-on role that combines customer care, retail, and e-commerce support. You’ll play a key part in ensuring every customer has a thoughtful and seamless experience — whether they’re visiting us in-store or receiving a beautifully packaged order at home.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Care & Retail

• Provide a warm and welcoming experience for customers in our Skerries boutique
• Assist customers in choosing meaningful jewellery
• Respond to customer enquiries via email, social media and phone in a timely, friendly manner

Order Fulfilment

• Carefully pick, pack and prepare online orders to a high standard
• Ensure all packaging reflects the Lulu + Belle brand and customer experience
• Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely dispatch

Content & E-Commerce Support

• Creating content for social media (photos, videos, simple edits)
• Support blog content creation and uploading
• Help create and update product listings on our website
• Assist with general admin tasks 

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, approachable and genuinely enjoys working with customers
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• A self-starter who can take initiative during quieter and busier periods 
• Creative with an interest and experience in social media and content creation
• Comfortable multitasking across retail and online tasks

Experience

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or e-commerce is preferred
• Experience with Shopify, social media, or content creation is a strong advantage
• An interest in jewellery, gifting, or design is a bonus

Location & Hours

• Usual hours are 9 - 5 Monday to Friday
• Some occasional Saturdays 10 - 6 may be required to cover holidays ect 
• Based in our Skerries boutique and workshop
