Are personalised pieces included?

Yes. Personalised necklaces, bracelets and earrings are all 15% off and count towards the €169 for 20% off. Wedding rings, 9ct gold and gift cards aren't included.

Do I need a code?

No. Your discount comes off automatically in the cart. Other discount codes, including Welcome10, can't be used on top.

Will it arrive for Christmas?

Yes, with plenty of time. For Christmas delivery, order by 12 noon on 21 December for Ireland, or 15 December for the UK.

What is your returns policy?

Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving your order and exclude personalised items and earrings. Please carefully check spelling and dates when placing your personalised orders.
