August Birthstone Pendant Necklace – Peridot, Gold

A single peridot pendant, olive green in colour, set in gold vermeil and hung from a medium 14kt gold filled chain. The chain adjusts between 16 and 18 inches, so you can wear it closer to the collarbone or with a little more drop, whichever feels right.

Peridot is August's birthstone, which makes this a natural gift for an August birthday, but it works just as well as a way to mark any birth month that matters to you — your own, a child's, or someone close to you.

Each stone is a genuine, natural peridot, so you may notice small variations in tone and clarity from one piece to the next — that's what comes with a real gemstone rather than a manufactured one. The pendant measures approximately 5mm x 12mm and is finished in gold vermeil (2.5 microns of gold over sterling silver).
