At Lulu + Belle Jewellery, we create meaningful, personalised jewellery designed to celebrate life's most special moments. From our boutique and workshop in Skerries, we craft and ship pieces to customers across Ireland and beyond.
We're looking for a warm, reliable and proactive full-time team member to join our business.
About the Role
This is a varied, hands-on role that combines customer care, retail and e-commerce support. You'll play a key part in making sure every customer has a thoughtful, seamless experience — whether they're visiting us in-store in Skerries or receiving a carefully packaged order at home.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Care & Retail
- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for customers in our Skerries boutique
- Assist customers in choosing meaningful jewellery
- Respond to customer enquiries via email, social media and phone in a timely, friendly manner
Shop & Stock Care
- Refresh and maintain our in-store displays so the boutique always looks its best
- Help keep the shop and workshop tidy, organised and welcoming
- Support the team in tracking shop stock levels
Order Fulfilment
- Carefully quality check, pack and prepare online orders to a high standard
- Ensure all packaging reflects the Lulu + Belle brand and customer experience
- Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely dispatch
Content & E-Commerce Support
- Create content for social media, including photos, videos and simple edits — with a particular focus on short-form video for Instagram and TikTok
- Help create and update product listings on our website
- Assist with general admin tasks
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, approachable and genuinely enjoys working with customers
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- A self-starter who is self-motivated, taking the initiative to keep things running smoothly whether things are quiet or busy
- Creative, with an interest in social media and content creation — comfortable filming and editing short-form video for platforms like Instagram and TikTok
- Comfortable multitasking across retail and online tasks
Experience
- Previous experience in retail, customer service or e-commerce is preferred
- Experience with Shopify, social media or content creation is a strong advantage
- Experience creating video content for Instagram or TikTok specifically is a definite advantage — if you've filmed and edited Reels or TikToks before, we'd love to see examples
- An interest in jewellery, gifting and/or design is a bonus
Location & Hours
- Usual hours are 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday
- Some occasional Saturdays, 10am–6pm, may be required to cover holidays
- Based in our Skerries boutique and workshop
