We Are Hiring: Dispatch & Customer Care Assistant (Full-Time)
Location: Lulu + Belle Boutique, Skerries, Co. Dublin
Hours: Monday- Friday 9 - 5pm
(some flexibility on working hours may be required at our busiest times)
We are currently looking for a Dispatch + Customer Care Assistant to join our small team in Skerries.
This is a varied and hands-on role based in our Skerries boutique, with a mix of customer service, operational and creative duties. If you love beautiful things, are highly organised, and thrive in a busy and creative environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:

Quality checking and dispatching online customer orders with care and accuracy

Responding to customer queries via email and other online platforms

Assisting customers in our boutique and providing a high level of in-person service

Merchandising and restocking the shop to maintain a beautiful and inviting space
-
Monitoring and managing stock for both the boutique and online store
-
Creating light content for our social media accounts (e.g., product videos, behind-the-scenes snippets)

Working closely and effectively with our workshop team
- Ensuring orders are dispatched on time
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Strong computer skills and confidence working across multiple online selling platforms

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards

Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
-
Initiative and the ability to work independently when required

A positive, can-do attitude and great communication skills
-
Previous experience in retail, customer service, or order fulfilment (an advantage)
-
A creative flair or interest in social media content creation (a plus !)
- Available for an immediate start preferred
