About Lulu + Belle
Lulu + Belle is an independent Irish jewellery brand with its open workshop and boutique at 40 Strand Street, Skerries. We’re known for delicate layering pieces in sterling silver and 14 k gold-fill, personalised by hand-stamping and wire-wrapping techniques, all crafted right here in our seaside studio.
The Role
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented part-time Jewellery Maker who will split their time between the workshop bench and the shop floor. You’ll craft and personalise pieces to order, then help customers choose (or even finish) the perfect gift in our boutique.
Key Responsibilities
Workshop
Wire-wrap necklaces, bracelets and earrings with consistent accuracy
Hand stamp initials, names and dates on our personalised pieces
Polish jewellery and carry out repairs and customisations for customers
Occasionally assist with printing and packing online orders during our busiest times
Boutique + Operations
Welcome customers, explain our collections and completes sales through our POS
Offer on the spot personalisation or minor adjustments or repairs which the customer waits
Keep displays looking fresh, restock packaging and maintain a tidy retail space.
Record bespoke orders, update Shopify inventory and flag low-stock findings.
What You’ll Bring

Hands-on skills: 1 + year experience in jewellery making, specifically wire-wrapping and some experience of hand-stamping

Finisher’s eye: Pride in neat workmanship, from jump-ring joins to final polish

People skills: Friendly, patient communicator who enjoys helping shoppers find or personalise meaningful gifts.

Organisation: Able to juggle multiple orders, keep your bench immaculate and meet daily dispatch cut-offs

Flexibility: Available up to 20 hours a week - midweek. May also include some Saturdays. Flexibility is required at our busiest times.
