A plain polished ring with a comfort fit inside, in 2.5mm, 3mm or 3.5mm.

The name is the point. There are two of these — this one, and a matching men's ring in 4mm, 4.5mm or 5.5mm. The same ring, in whichever width suits the hand.

Comfort fit means the inside is rounded rather than flat. It sits on the finger instead of gripping it, and goes on and off more easily. That matters in a ring you don't intend to take off.

Width is worth thinking about. 2.5mm is the slenderest and sits closest against an engagement ring. 3.5mm has more presence on the hand. 3mm sits between the two.

There is nothing on the outside of it. It pairs easily with an engagement ring and is enough worn on its own.

Both rings can be engraved inside, so the same words can go in each of them.

Made in 14ct yellow gold, 18ct yellow gold or platinum, and hallmarked in Dublin Castle. The gold is recycled.
